Exhaust material is AISI409 stainless steel, tubing size 76,2mm / 3" all the way. Mufflers are 100% free-flow desing. Downpipe fits to original turbo.

Volvo 240 exhaust models have been revised 9/2024 for better fitment.

NOTE: If you have an engine swap from a newer model with an oilcooler sandwhich plate with oil filter facing towards the rear of the engine, it will interfere with downpipe. All other models fit.
