Terms of payments and delivery

These terms and conditions shall apply to all online purchases made from Martelius Exhaust Oy (business ID 2678850-2) via the website www.martelius.com. The customer placing the order must be at least 18 years of age.
Martelius Exhaust Oy sells products in Finland and the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
A product is available for purchase at the online store when it can be added to the shopping cart. Products are ordered in the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store's checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it.
Customer is bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of placing the order, and customer must familiarise themselves with the terms before placing an order.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To send confirmation messages, you must provide a valid email address when ordering.
Delivery method and costs
You can see the delivery costs of your order after selecting the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders by registered delivery (eg postal parcels) or unregistered delivery, in which case registered shipments can be tracked with a shipment ID.
Our delivery times in Finland are 1-3 days, depending on the order and delivery method, if all products are in stock. Keep in mind that delivery can take up to 20 days for countries with long distances. More specific timeframe will be announced in the product options or during checkout.
We deliver the entire order at once, we don’t use partial deliveries. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by these delays. Deviating delivery times are announced on the front page of the online store.
Exchange and return conditions

When returning a delivered order, include your customer number / name and contact information as well as your account number for a refund. The freight costs of the return remain to be paid by the customer.

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify the parties mentioned in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days of the defect. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.
